2nd reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies. Providing false information during registration may lead to suspension or permanent closure of the account.
User Responsibilities & Rules

- Providing accurate information during registration and transactions.
- Complying with all local laws related to online gambling.

- Using automated software, bots, or fraudulent methods to manipulate games.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 2nd platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits must be made using approved payment methods, including local online banking and e-wallets. There is no general minimum deposit amount, but specific limits may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
Withdrawals will be processed according to 2nd’s current policies and may be subject to identity verification before approval. All withdrawal requests will be handled within the timeframe specified by the platform; any delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond 2nd’s control.
Bonuses and promotions received are subject to separate wagering requirements (rollover). Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting these requirements violates these terms and may result in the bonus being voided.
2nd reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud, technical errors, or violations of the terms of use.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

If technical errors occur or odds are displayed inaccurately due to system disruptions, 2nd reserves the right to cancel or adjust the affected bets. Decisions made by 2nd in such cases are final.
Account Suspension & Closure
2nd reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is a violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed for violations may be ineligible to re-register.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting customer support. Any remaining valid balance in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned to the user after all verifications are completed.
